After looking up my TDEE it says my protein should be 110g a day. OK so I read it's per lb of body weight or something? BUT then I also see that you should only eat between 50-60g? There's too much conflicting advice everywhere!
Today I've had 62g so between the info I've read I'm either over a tad or half of what I should have eaten 
Don't suppose any macro experts on here that can clear things up?
