My bmr is 1300
Tdee 1790

How many calories should I eat to lose and are all calories equal? I'm doing MFP but have just eaten 900 and am definitely done for the day...

So 1300 is the amount you burn doing nothing
1790 is your total daily expenditure

To lose, you need to eat less than your TDEE. I would try 1400-1500 and see how you go
