Hi hollow, I’ll join you! I’ve the same stats as you & id really like to feel less chubby in my clothes, I’ve quite a big belly that I need to get rid of.

What’s your plan? I started about two weeks ago & so far I am lifting weights & eating low carb/watching my calories. The scales haven’t changed at all but I feel better so that’s keeping me motivated.

Sodaface, no plan. That's rhe problem!! Reducing calories and moving more but struggling to not eat naughty things!

I'd like to join! 5yo and 2yo and I'm bigger than when I was full term with both pregnancies Blush
I'm 5ft 4 and 13.2 size 16 and would like to get in the low 12's by Christmas.

My plan is to do 1400 a day using my fitness pal and 3 30 minute workouts a week, starting tomorrow?

How’s everyone doing??

I am exercising more than ever and still at the sane weight!! It’s bloody depressing. I haven’t even eaten any cakes.

Hey I’d like to join! I have already lost 2stone 1lb since April (slow I know) but I’d like to ideally reach my halfway goal of 13 stone by Christmas. I have 13lb to go :O
