So calories, if I burn them doing exercises it gives me more. Does this mean I can then eat more n still lose weight? Please see photo.

Yes. You can either eat those calories and lose the target you set (e.g. 1lb a week), or you can bank some or all of them and lose more weight.
Depends how restrictive your calorie allowance is. Mines 1200 at the minute so if I exercise I usually find I need to eat at least a few of my extra. calories.
