Sorry in advance.
I want to be this by xmas.
I am currently 11st 7 ish.
Following SW and using mfp (1200cal p/d) also trying to get 8 fruit and veg portions a day.
Posting this in a way to keep me on track (hopefully).
Weigh in today !
Any tips appreciated. Thanks x

Choose veg over fruit when you can. It helps mimise a sweet tooth and rhey have less calories. Eat protein as it stops you feeling so hungry.
