Signed up to a thing at local gym, done all the weight etc I should be consuming no more than 1550cals a day based on BMR.

Problem - I have NO idea how to calculate calories!

Need something really easy to use please I am not maths headed at all!

I'm using My Fitness Pal. It's a bit of a faff at the start, but as you build up your list of commonly-eaten foods, it becomes easier.

I have it on my phone, too, and you can scan the bar codes on products, which makes it easier.

It keeps me on the straight and narrow (mostly Smile)

Think I have that from ages ago but not sure how to use it. I get an app for the gym too need to download that.

Got it now and have entered lunch (v Caesar salad at a chain place so I was able to look up cals) it also lets me enter how much water I drink which PT told me I need to increase water intake (that'll help diet side too) gonna buy some fruit and drink more water. I bought myself one of those fruit infuser water bottles.

I'm also taking at breakfast - vit d, b complex and multivits. Both for physical fitness and mental health as I have depression and anxiety too.

Taking on a lot, job hunting too, need to be organised and not knacker myself!

I'm not getting on with my fitness pal at all.
One day it tells me I'm 300 calories up and if I look at the same day the day after it tells me I'm 250 down. The exercise I did seems to vanish
