Weekly deficit?

Just wondered if anyone worked on a weekly deficit rather than daily? Does it work for you?

No but I do check it. I think it's probably harder to measure because it's hard to track ex fly how many calories you burn.

I do this, I don't track properly any more but did for a yr and lost six stone this way.

How about a deficit of zero?

What if calories is just the wrong way of looking at things?

A deficit will work for a while but then your body adapts and you need to keep cutting ...

There is another way ...
