25lbs in 15 weeks

That's my goal.

Not my final goal as there's a further 14lb to go after that, but I'd be so pleased if I could shed 25lb by early December.

I've done WW, MFP and LCHF in the past . The latter was the most effective, but I find them so difficult and I can't have a "meal off" without falling out of ketosis and off the wagon. So, it's back to MFP and 1200 calories a day.

As well as weight loss, I want to be healthier and fitter. More fruit and veg, less sugar and alcohol.

It's not going to be easy, but I'm up for it.

All welcome to join me :)

I am in! I lost 37lbs by the end of July, but a week of fully inclusive followed by taking my eye off the ball completely and going mad over the summer.

I still have a few things still happening socially but once the children are back at school I am going for it. I plan to do 100 days off alcohol as that helps me focus.

I want to get rid of about 20lbs in the 15 weeks.

Good luck!

Meant to say I have put about 6-7 lbs back on Sad

I'm in! Started MFP today (have used it before) and my calorie aim is 1250, so practically the same.

I did slimming world in 2015 and lost almost 5 stone in a year, but due to medical reasons my activity level dropped for a while and I've put 2 stone back on. Need to shift that as I'm feeling generally rubbish.

Want to get a general good balance and not deny myself things so feel this is the best way to do it!

Good luck everyone

How are you getting on OP?

I think we have let this thread slide a bit!! I am not doing great at all...just treadin water really but at least I am not putting on anymore. Seem to lose a couple of lbs and then put them on again at the weekends so going to try harder from now on. I think cutting out the booze completely will really help.
