I've been doing 1200 calories a day on MFP for the last two months, and lost a stone. I'm going on holiday on Friday and I'd like to lost a couple more lbs if possible. I appreciate anything I lose now will be mainly water weight, but I just want to feel a little less bloated before I go. Would reducing my calories to something like 800 a day be okay, as it's only 5 days? I'll be drinking lots of water/peppermint tea, and avoiding coffee/alcohol/processed food, but any other tips?
