Tdee and calories question

So I've about a stone and a half to lose
Put my details in tdee calc and at a sedentary level it gives 1799cal.

My question is if I want to lose how many calories should I be aiming for
MFP has it at 1200cal which I can do I think but is that the same for days I exercise too?

To lose between 1-2lb a week there needs to be a daily calorie deficit of 500.
So stick to 1200 per day, If you don't eat the calories you've burned from workouts then you'll lose faster.
