I am just starting to try to lose weight - need to lose a stone ideally.

I know where I've been going wrong - I'm terrible for snacking on chocolate/biscuits/sweets and coca cola Blush

I'm a teacher and during the school day I'm so busy so have been eating snacks/school lunches which aren't the healthiest!

I'm on school hold at the moment so I am making an effort to sort my diet out and make a start on the weight loss.

My plan is to use MFP as that worked for losing baby weight. I am going to cut out chocolate/sweets/crisps/coke and eat smaller portions as well as counting calories. I'm also going to cut down on alcohol and increase my water intake.

I've started the NHS legs, bums and tums workout as these are my problem areas. I do quite a lot of walking.

Hoping it will work! Feel free to join me!

Hi pumpkin 😊
Good for you !!!! I can only recommend cutting out the crap and preparing all of your lunches and (healthy) snacks so that you're less likely to be tempted by convenience junk food xx
I'm not a fan of exercise but I do get my sweat on just briskly cleaning the house and walking rather than bus / car when I can. Xx
