Do you all count the calories of fruit salad and veg ? And weigh everything ?? Have just started calorie counting again
have lost 3 stone over the past couple of years doing all different diets but now stuck ! would like to loose another 1-1.5 stone to get back to what I was before becoming a fatty ! ( carnt even blame the kids for that ) Any ideas & help would be great 👍new to mums net so not really sure how it all works yet X
