Hi, I feel like I start a diet/healthy eating last a few weeks then fall of the wagon! I'm currently 5:5 and 11st9, I'd love to loose 9lb for my holiday in 8 weeks, do you's think this is doable?
Seen my mum earlier today and she commented that I'd put weight on, saying my face was fat!

Whys it so hard! I need a talking too

It's simple maths. You need to burn more calories than you consume. Be as active as you can. Weigh and measure every single thing that passes your lips. 2lb a week is achievable but it will require a large calorie deficit and will take commitment and willpower. Use an app like mfp to work out what your calorie intake needs to be. Good luck!

MFP is great if you use it properly and your honest. I've lost 15 pounds so far. Good luck.

Can I suggest the WW app? They used to do a lose 10lbs in 8 weeks refund offer. It is definitely doable. MFP is also very good. Best of luck to you.
