Hi everyone !
I have a 4 month old little one that is EBF ... I am currently 134lb and would like to loose 2lb per week to 120lb (I am only 5ft) I have set MyFitnessPal at 1600 kcal, is that enough to loose weight but keep my milk supply.
Also would weight loss effect milk supply or would it take nutrients from me and leave me lacking instead of baby IYKWIM. I would love to be slimmer but willing to wait if it would hinder my supply x

You will need to be very smart in what eat to not lack nutrient, so go fresh and go green. Instead of a low cal chocolate bar worth 150 cal, have a massive salad with 200 gr of baby spinach leaves, real parmiggiano shaved and some sultanas with a true homemade vinaigrette with extra virgin olive oil.
Go for real food, fresh produce and you will lose weights without losing nutrients.
