I have 2 stone to lose for my holiday at the end of July. I have been heavier and lighter than I am now but at over 12 stone again I feel ready. Treadmill is out, fitbit will be charged, healthy recipes are out...

Is anyone else out there ready to start with me on Sunday? I have a few things on tomorrow and food order is coming Sunday so that seems the best day to begin the first week...
Im allowing myself 1200a day with a target of 10,000 steps minimum. Phew. This is going to be tough but I can't avoid it forever.

hi guys, i'd like to join this if its still active! going to start tomorrow 1200-1500 plus start working out. Question: when using MFP do you weigh everything such as veggies or do you just estimate? thanks ! want to lose 18 by july :)

May I also join, even though I'm a bit late to the party? Chocolate eggs are gone, summer looms and the shorts I wore last year will scare small children if I don't lose a stone or two!? Not sure what calories to aim for, is 1,400 reasonable?

I may join as well as keep putting it off and getting bigger by the montg. I want to be happy at the beach with the children and not hiding like I do now.
