Firstly I am not interested in why I shouldn't be using these and how I only need willpower. I am 36 years old and not stupid.
My appetite is huge. I drink lots of water. Can anyone recommend a effective appetite suppressant?

Apple cider vinegar or
Lemon juice and bicarbonate of soda (1/3 teaspoon ) this in the morning curbs my cravings for carbs

The only three times I lose my appetite are

When I'm ill
when I'm upset or nervous.
when I tried the Atkins diet.

Nothing else works for me. It's shit it really is Grin
