Hi
This is my first time posting here, I'm a little bit nervous😓 but I could do with a bit of advice if anyone would like to help me out.
I started losing weight in June due to some medication I was on, once I got my appetite back I decided to keep going with the weight loss and change my eating habits as well. So it wasn't a diet, more of a lifestyle change.
3 months on and I have lost 4stone and now happy with how I am, though I still have the flabby tummy to work on & toning up to do. I struggle to eat more than 1400 calories and everyone from my husband, family and doctor want me to eat at least 1900. When I put my details into a calorie checker for maintaining it comes back with varying numbers, anything between 1700-2100!! Surely I can't go from 1400 to 1700 and not put weight on? Does this sound right?
I'm not sure I can eat 1700+ physically or mentally, but if I know for sure that I won't put weight on , that would help.
Anyway, if anyone could be bothered to read this and understand it, I would appreciate any advice.
