What would you say is the least calorific food on a Chinese take away menu?

going by Slimming World's syns system, (which is 1 syn per 20 cals) the lowest one I seem to remember are chop suey, chicken and mushrooms, chicken in oyster sauce. with boiled rice.

When I was doing SW I worked out chicken chop suey with boiled rice was best, I always go for this now as I actually prefer it
