I'm embarking on counting calories weight loss plan using nutracheck and aiming to lose a stone by August.
I'm planning to have 1400 calories a day and start walking for 20 minutes a day.
All sounds quite do able!
Anyone like to join me?

I will just eat 'normally' but no bread, pasta, rice or potatoes basically =)

Queenbean I will have a look at those exercises! How's it going?

001, I think your low/no carb plan sounds good, I don't know if I could be that strict! I tend not to eat much in the way of meat so may struggle to feel full.
My first day good, feeling very motivated
and so far today has been good too! I think the hot weather helps curb my appetite too.

Shall we have Tuesday as a weigh in day as we started yesterday?
