Less weight more tan

Has anyone else experienced this phenomenon?! As I lose weight I tend to look more tanned! I presume it is because the tanned skin is more concentrated as the fat shrinks underneath it. Just wondering if this happens to other people too?

My explanation would be feeling more confident hence more out and about-ing

??

Hmmm. No. Can't say I've noticed this. Is it because you're losing weight just as summer is getting going so you'd be getting tan even if you weren't losing weight?

You might be right but I'm convinced that this happens to me. Ha ha! I also remember it happening when I was on a diet in Winter about 10 years ago and my friend 'accused' me of using a tanning booth (she saw me in my swimming costume every week for a swim) and totally refused to believe me that I hadn't been in one!

Are you eating more carrots or oranges?

Badgoushk · 28/05/2016 14:47

Ha! No not eating either of those at all. Well, carrots once a week but I dod that before!
