How does my diet sound??

Breakfast : meal replacement shake. belvita biscuit's .400-500 ml of water as well

Lunch : brown roll and veggy sausage and an alpen bar with the water

Dinner: anything that's 600 calories or less

Snacks (one 3 times a day) : fruit, cereal bars, low cal baked crisps,yogarts etc.

This is only my second day on it so obviously there's room for change . just wondering if its okay ?? First time dieter not really sure on it

Sounds too processed to me. I guess it depends whether you're concerned about your overall health/skin/hair etc.
