salmon fillets with/without skin?

Does anyone know if the calories stated on packs of salmon fillets include the skin? I never eat the skin and wondered if I could knock off a few calories, especially as the skin's higher in fat than the actual fish (I think!)

From what I can see from Googling, there's about 60g fewer calories per 100g if you go for the skinless salmon.

Really? So that means you only need to count 40g worth of salmon for every 100g worth of fillet? Trying to do 1200 cals a day so every little helps!
