Not sure if I am posting in the right place. I'm not really calorie counting when it comes to food but counting what I am burning. I go to the gym 3 times a week, aquafit once a week and work out at home every day, I don't really run/jog but I walk a lot.
I would like a activity bracelet that measures how many calories I burn but not just based on how many steps I have taken. I have a basic Mi band which just measures steps but this does not measure any activity I do at the gym or in the pool so it's kind of a waste of time.
Can anyone recommend a band that does the above? Is there such a thing?
