Had been doing well in mfp. Lost one stone and six pounds since March. Well...I'm on holiday from school. Went away for two weeks and thought stuff it in on holiday. Ate and drank well. I'm up six pounds. Six pounds in five weeks. I'm starting again right now. Anyone about to keep me right ha ha

You fell off! Oh well, it happens. Would you do anything different next time? Smile

Ha ha no I guess not. I'm on it again... I liked feeling good about myself! This hard to break the munching anything habit once you start though

I fell off the wagon too. I had lost 12lbs end of June. Been munching way to much and have put 4 lb back on. But feeling more motivated this morning, start of a new week and all that. Have had weetabix for breakfast and fruit for snack this morning, I have been having breakfast and mid morning 2 slices of toast with butter and marmite of late, 200 calories eaten in 10 minutes Blush delicious though!!

My MFP takes 271 kcal from me for '2 slices (wholemeal) toast with butter', testarossa! Have you weighed the bread & the butter you use? I'd love toast to only have 200kcal! misses point of thread

Testarossa1 · 19/08/2015 19:20

We have 50 50 bread which says on the packet 91cals per slice, so 182 cals, literally a scrape of light lurpak and marmite which is practically zero calories, comes in around 200 calories walk!
