Would a fitbit show me my total used cals each day?
Is it ok to eat the same bfast and lunch everyday to make counting easier?
We share cooking with mil, so I don't always know raw weights and recipes for dinners. How accurate does it need to be to work?

I've about 3 stone to lose is Christmas a realistic timeframe?

Yes, at least my Fitbit Charge HR does.

Yes, although it's unlikely that you'd eat exactly the same weight of each item every day.

Try it and see. I think you should be as accurate as possible though. If you're not losing weight then you will know to be more accurate.

Yes Smile
