Vitamins etc

Does anyone find that taking a particular set of vitamins/supplements helps you stick to your diet/reduce cravings.. Looking for things to add..

I found taking iron has made me feel more energised and less likely to snack on high sugar foods due to tiredness.

I take Vitamin B Complex, Vitamin D and Calcium. The B vitamins cover a range but essentially settle hormone fluctuations, which I find helped pre menstrual binges. I never drank milk as a child, thus the calcium now, but weirdly helps with the cheese cravings, and the Vitamin D because I work in an office.

I also found that this combination has kept me relatively cold/flu free. Don't understand why though Grin
