Starting mfp tomorrow

I'm starting mfp tomorrow and I've been given 1475 cals a day.

I usually have a big bowl of shreddies for breakfast which is probably a lot of calories and a bit carb heavy. What do you have for breakfast?
Also would be nice to have some friends on there my username is mrsTmfp if anyone wants to add me.Grin

I nearly always have natural yogurt with a sprinkle of granola (I weigh it) and lots of berries. Comes in around 300 cals!

Scrambled egg and fruit salad, sometimes a couple of ryvita if I need carbs! Trying to do very low carb diet as well as calorie counting Hmm

Also downloaded mfp this morning. Had a nutriblast smoothie this morning but usually have a slice of toast with honey or peanut butter.
Feeling hungry so just had a big glass of water instead of my usual chocolate biscuit snack. Nope. Still hungry.
