hi all
although I have been signed up for a few months this is my first real look around mumsnet and saying hello! this category caught my eye as I am a calorie counter myself, trying to loose quite a large amount of weight, I managed to go my whole pregnancy gining minimal weight and now 5 months after giving birth I am at my prepregnanch weight which sadly is rather big Sad I use myfitnesspal and multiple meal replacement shakes etc and as always its a struggle Wink
anyway just wanted to say hi and that I am looking forward to getting to know a few new people and have some laughs!

Hi amy I'm a dedicated calorie counter but I'm currently pregnant and cant stop eating.
You will find this topic really quiet unfortunately.
Anyway I hope you really enjoy being a mumsnetter. I'll still talk calories with you.

I'm 12+3 but got my first scan tomorrow eek!
Have you got any low cal meal ideas? The mfp website has some good ones.

hi!

i love mfp (and my fitbit! )
i find it works fo use it as a food planning tool, so i try to plan my main meals for the day , then i know how much wiggle room ive got for any snacks etc throughout the day.
feel free to add me, my username is hayls321go
