Hello! I want to lose 2 stone by July 1st and have noticed lots of you using MFP. I'm interested in tracking my calories but think I'd come unstuck with recording exercise :-( I have health issues so can't exercise strenuously but I am on my feet for 6 hrs at work each day (walking at a steady pace for probably 2hrs over all) but how do I enter that into MFP? Really keen to start and to get to know some of you!
