Hello! I want to lose 2 stone by July 1st and have noticed lots of you using MFP. I'm interested in tracking my calories but think I'd come unstuck with recording exercise :-( I have health issues so can't exercise strenuously but I am on my feet for 6 hrs at work each day (walking at a steady pace for probably 2hrs over all) but how do I enter that into MFP? Really keen to start and to get to know some of you!

If I'm remembering this right, when you first sign up to mfp it will ask you your general activity level, and then adjust your calories based on that. So it will take into account if you are on your feet a lot. Good luck!
