How do you come back from a rogue day?

I've just gone absolutely mental with chocolate. Tesco has a lot to answer for with their cheap chocolate fingers!

Anyway, I feel awful. How do you pull yourself back after a bad day? What do you tell yourself to make you feel better? I am in a pit of guilt and need to get out.

If it's work stress I will have a wallow. Watch crap telly, eat too much and go to bed early.

If it's family stuff I will go for a walk or have a shower (weird I know) just some time with no interruptions to have a think.

Mostly food is involved at some point but not in the shower!!

Gosh, just realised I totally missed the point of your OP! Sorry Blush

Start a fresh in the morning, put today behind you and carry on - we are all human and sometimes an excess of chocolate is necessary!!

Don't beat yourself up about it.
Just draw a line & start afresh today.
One lot of chocolate (even if it's a big lot!) doesn't mean that all the hard work I'm sure you've put in on all (most) other days doesn't still stand.
Besides, we all need a treat now & again, you can't deny yourself chocolate ever again!

I've had a few bad days - one where I had 10 Roses chocolates in one sitting which was about 500 calories!! Shock
I enjoyed them at the time though and just saw it as a blip.
Was back to healthy eating the next day.
