So, I'm on a calorie controlled diet of around 1200 a day. Its going well so far and have lost 2 stone in 2 months so I'm wanting to continue.
My lo however has decided that waking at 5am is a good idea! I'm really struggling to stretch the calories throughout the day without feeling starving! Been up 2 hours already but just had black tea as i don't want all my meal times to be off for the day.
How do others do it?
