Sorry if TMI.

I've been using MFP FOR 6 wks and speed walking 4 miles, 4 times weekly and have lost 15lbs so far, feeling much better for it physically and mentally.

However this month my Period has been significantly lighter than usual, I am otherwise healthy and not pregnant so was wondering has this has happened to anyone else?

I think it is related, mine are always lighter when I'm getting lots of exercise. I have a dim memory of a doctor telling me to exercise more when I had problems with heavy periods as a teenager.

Sounds like you are doing great!
