I've got a stone to loose, never been on a diet, generally eat quite well (although maternity leave isn't doing my food cupboard any favours) but two babies in 17months and I need something to get things started.
Are they any good? Only considering these as they seem to be similar concept to slimfast but cheaper and I think the strictness is what I need at the mo.
How long should I look at doing it for? Obviously it's not a longterm plan but I wondered if there was anyone with any past experience of meal replacements
