How good is it? Are there lots of foods on the lists or will I spend all my time having to not list foods, or make it up with something similar? Can you just give me a quick summery of what you can use it for and how it works for you etc?

I have only been doing it for 10 days but it is good so far.

I do a lot of home cooking so it takes a while to input each recipe, but then it's stored for next time.

The bar code scanner thingy is excellent and really easy if you are grabbing lunch out and about.

Lots of foods listed so you can just search too.

Some calorie counts are incorrect but not that many.

Only annoying thing is that the amount of calories burnt for various exercise classes are ludicrously high so I am using a pedometer and inputting my own instead.

Oh and I just use it to count the calories of every teeny tiny little thing that passes my lips each day.
