I've done it before but I wasn't so serious about losing weight then. I've started using it again the last few days and have found it easier. I love the scanner on the app! 
According to MFP I haven't eaten enough calories today. I haven't exercised although I have exercised all the other days. I walk a lot with work and dance. According to MFP I have 380 cals left to eat? I don't feel hungry but should maybe force in some supper?
My height is 5 ft 8 and I'm around 12.5 stone. I aim to get to 11 stone.
I'm drinking a lot more water could this have helped dampen my appetite? I love water anyway but like a lot of people forget to drink it.
