How many calories are there in a hard boiled medium sized egg? I've googled and estimates range from 88 calories to 156 calories. Big difference!

I would go for 90, it can't be much more.

I round up and always rate eggs at 100 cals each.

Large eggs boiled are 92 on MFP app. You can weigh your egg and work out calories per gram if you want to be fussy. I use 92 whatever my size of egg. I usually round up the calories as I think I may forget that extra splash of milk in coffee or bit of extra oil etc in my food.

Sometimes they say in the box if from supermarket. 88cals in the happy egg ones I think. Some base on per 100 grams.
