my friends bday is in three weeks and I want to wear hotpants! I am size 8-10 but a bit untoned and bumpy. Can you recommend good lunch ideas or evening meals that are healthy but will keep OH from 'starving'? I have tried cutting out sugar in tea, but it leaves me craving biscuits and chocolate - please can some of you experts help?
