I am borrowing a treadmill from a relative to use in evenings/lg nap time instead of vegging on the sofa. I am doing the online shopping today and as of Monday will be healthy eating Grin my friends bday is in three weeks and I want to wear hotpants! I am size 8-10 but a bit untoned and bumpy. Can you recommend good lunch ideas or evening meals that are healthy but will keep OH from 'starving'? I have tried cutting out sugar in tea, but it leaves me craving biscuits and chocolate - please can some of you experts help?

Truvia is a great sugar substitute (its from a plant, very natural) , calorie free and tastes the same. Your body thinks its had its sugar and no cravings later on!
Only down side is its £2.50 for 60 sachets and each one only has 1tsp worth.... Or £5 per small pot.....
