Hello, can anyone recommend a good book or site for checking calorie counts please? Preferably with branded foods as well as basics.
Thanks, Tia.

Hi there

My first post on here, but I would recommend MyFitnessPal. It is an app as well as a website and you input your daily calories, you can set your goal and also input your exercise regime and it calculates your daily intake off set with the exercise. It also monitors your weight loss. It is a real motivation for me and I have found it invaluable to maintain my weight over the last couple of years.

Another one that recommends MyFitnessPal. It really is the best one that I have found.

Thank you both so much - I will take a look. I always used a little booklet in the past but can't seem to find an up to date one!

My fitness pal is brilliant, it has a barcode scanner on the app so you can just scan what you are eating. I downloaded it about 6 weeks ago and have lost 10lbs I have never lost that much!!

The calorie bible is an accurate source of nutritional information. I love myfitnesspal but you have to look at someof the info with caution as it's not always been
Entered accurately.

I credit my fitness pal fully for 2 St loss. Nothing else will compare

I love Nutracheck app! Give it a go, brilliant and for UK foods rather than USA. x x x
