Recently got a swish Android phone and want to track calories - which apps do you recommend?

My fitness pal is brilliant, and had made me realise that no matter how good I thought I was being I was over eating by about 500 cals a day!

I use a combination of my fitness pal (bigger database) and nutra check (gives me a lower calorie goal so am less likely to get off track)

I use MyFitnessPal every day and also sync it to other fitness apps that track your exercise, walking and so-on.

It's great because you can also scan barcodes & QR codes of the foods you buy and eat.

Hope this helps

It's just so easy

My fitness pal is recommended by the NHS weight loss service. All their patients are encouraged to use it.
