My iron and calcium intake look low based on the calculations shown. Any ideas on how to up them without increasing calories or eating too little to feel full? I don't eat meat at all as I don't like it but will eat small quantities of fish.

Firstly, check you are logging food that has these things listed, as opposed to saying 'n/a'. I do this all the time.

Iron: spinach, cocoa?
Calcium: skimmed milk?
