Protein and fats are filling so their calories last longer iyswim.

Nuts, olives, cheese, cold grilled/roast chicken?

I find 0% fat Greek yogurt with a tsp roasted nuts, seeds and oats and fr.uit or quark pulsed into a spread with roasted pepper or cooked mushrooms and herbs on cracker bread are quite substantial low calorie snacks. Sometimes though I have a slice of homemade banana loaf, carrot cake or a muffin (around 170 calories) because they are substantial and help prevent the hunger.

I bought garcinia tablets in Holland and Barrett to help me with the hunger. So far so good

Protein,I max up on lean protein with tons of salad and minimise white food.my fitness pal keeps me motivated.Drink loads as well.Soups are filling as well. The good news is you stop being eat your arm hungry from now on unless you eat to many refined carbs then blood sugars swing making you feel worse.Today I had Adkiki and endame bean salad and felt stuffed.Stick at it the weight loss is amazing.

I'm doing the same as you. Did it before I had kids and lost about 4 stone, it certainly works.

I usually save some calories for an options hot chocolate drink and an apple. I like the white chocolate one. Fewer than 100 cals and it sorts me out.

Wasabi peas.... They aren't that low in cals but they take ages to eat and are really flavoured ( they also make anything else you eat afterwards taste funny!)
Special K biscuit moments choc are divine and are 90 cals ish for 2 biscuits (but are full of crap!)
Salt and vinegar rice cakes yum
