The Italian meatballs were ok but don't think I'll make them again. They were a bit boring. Would rather just stuck to a bolognaise.

I've been using sainsburys low fat mature cheddar. 20g seems like a lot until you actually weigh it out and it's really not much at all.

I need to make some batches of soup. I struggle when I don't have much time to make something quick and filling but low in calories. I would usually go for a sandwich but am trying to stick to 400 cals for lunch.

Hairy bikers chicken chow mein for dinner but I'm adding noodles for the kids. I'll have a small portion of noodles and maybe some sweet potato chips too. I've allowed 500 for dinner.

I have the Spanish chicken in the oven. I hope its yummy. Made the fish stew ages ago and wasn't a huge fan so hoping this turns out better.

I have just signed up this morning - and almost instantly asked for a refund. The website has been rolled out (and one of my bug bears) not properly tested and so there are lots of faults - audio not synced with video, when I updated my menu plan it did not change (although I tried repeatedly), videos from the Hairy Bikers that did not lead anywhere, I asked to enter my weight and height in imperial measurements and it would not change, links slow to work, etc etc.
There's a lot of glitches and.....although the website is geared to the Hairy Bikers the content reminds me of another established weight loss provider but I can't make up my mind which one (whoever also gives a tone and sculpt programme).
I now intend to only use the books.

I've just looked at the hairy bikers diet club, it's expensive so think I will just continue using their books, which are very good. I have all 3 of them
