So I've basically gotten fatter over Christmas (woohoo) haha and I have to have a bridesmaid dress fitting on the 13th someone recommended this diet as a starter to help shift a fair bit so I can basically do it up haha!!
Day 1
Breakfast - 1 slice dry toast with 1 grill tomato
Lunch - fresh fruit any amount
Dinner - 2 boiled eggs and salad & grapefruit
Day 2
Breakfast - grapefruit & 1 boiled egg
Lunch - grilled chicken with tomatoes. 1 slice of dried toast
Dinner - grilled steak with salad
Day 3
Breakfast - grapefruit & 1 boiled egg
Lunch - fresh fruit any amount
Dinner - 2 lamb chops, salad and grapefruit
Day 4
Breakfast - 1 slice dry toast
Lunch - fresh fruit any amount
Dinner - 2 boiled eggs, salad and grapefruit
Day 5
Breakfast - 1 slice dry toast
Lunch - fresh fruit any amount
Dinner - fresh fish & salad
Day 6
Breakfast -1 glass grapefruit juice
Lunch - fresh fruit any amount
Dinner - grilled chicken and carrots, grapefruit
Day 7
Breakfast - scrambled eggs, grilled or tinned tomatoes
Lunch - 2 poached eggs, spinach
Dinner - steak and salad
It says to only diet 1 week in 3 and to stick to all foods, no alcohol, 3 meals a day and no milk, butter or fat, you can swap lunch and dinner but it has to be the same day
I'm going to start this tomorrow my friend manager to lose 13lbs and hasn't put it back on as she's continued to eat healthy (2 months)
Just wondered if anyone has heard of it!
