Quick fix for Christmas?

I have recently lost 23lb but still have 14 to go. I have been doin mfp and running/walking gym And all goin well but I have put on a few lb over the last two weeks (couple of Xmas meals out and drinks). My newly acquired jeans are bit tight!! How can I decrease the bloat by Christmas Eve?!

Go on a strict 1000 cal a day diet between now and 25th.

Ooh sounds a bit drastic. Could you not just dial back on the alcohol and carbs slightly?
