Hi I started a diet last Tuesday. I've been unhappy with my weight and the way I look post babies and have finally got the courage to do something about it.
I'm trying a meal replacement shake powder from Asda. I have started on 2 shakes a day a slimfast chocolate bar (to try and stop cravings) and having a small portion meal.
I'm doing ok at the moment but I usually eat snacks and kids leftovers, biscuits at work etc...
but so far I have managed to stay strong. I've also bought a recipe book which only contains meals that are 300 calories or less so thinking about incorporating 2 of these meals and a shake.
Does anyone have any tips? warnings? advice?
I need to get back to the gym but find it hard to motivate myself to go on my own.
