Started my diet today. Was going really well until i managed to finish off half a pack of biscuits mid morning then went on to eat other junk.

Am going away in 5 weeks, is it possible to lose 7lb in that time?

Yes but not by eating biscuits Wink

Get on my fitness pal - 5 weeks of that will do it.

Definitely possible to lose the 7lb in 5 weeks as long as you're sensible! There's loads of good apps that help you count calories and record your exercise, maybe this will help keep you on track?

Good luck!

I really want to lose this amount too. any tips welcome. its the carbs that kill me, I would love some tips on carb substitutes. Thanks

2 poUnds a week easily achievable. Just eat no carbs after 3 pm and cut out the snacks. For the evening meal eat as much home made soup as you like, but use no cream, milk, yoghurt, etc. Worked for me.

I joined slimming world and lost 8 1/2lbs in my first week. (I may have overdone it in the days before starting). Most people seem to lose 2-3lbs or more in their first week and 1-2lbs at least thereafter.
