So far I have tried :-

Spanish chicken
Beef and Ale casserole
Curried butternutsquash and apple soup
Yellow split pea and ham soup
Ratatouille
Chicken Provencal
Chocolate, orange cranberry biscotti
Tea loaf
Mediterranean burgers
Chicken and ham tangle pie
Spicy pork

I have enjoyed all of these except the curried butternutsquash soup - in my opinion it was too fruity, but I still managed to eat it!

What else is a must do

I love most of it, but the highlights are:

Chicken satay
Chilli
Chicken tikka

I have both books! I credit this for dropping 7kgs over the past few months. Grin

I really like the minted pea and feta omelette!

I don't know if it's in the cookbook but their dieters chicken korma is AMAZING, I cook it all the time

jendot · 03/01/2014 19:15

Just bought it, not tried any of them yet. Glad you all like them.

I can't wait! Just bought books and feeling hopeful.

I had the Spanish chicken tonight - 'twas very lovely. Last night tried the fish gratin which was gorgeous, as well as being a lovely meal for a fast day. Tomorrow I think I'll have the feta and pea omelette for breakfast. I occasionally get spells where I cook up a storm, Learn some new recipes which then fall into the everyday favourite category. I will so be doing both recipes again. I can't believe I've had the book for months and not looked at itShock.

The Goan prawn curry is divine. Serving it with cauliflower rice, or even those zero noodles, would make a really substantial meal for very few calories.

Chilli, cod and prawn gratin, jalfrezi, sweet and sour, Cajun spiced chicken with yogurt dip, cottage pie, paprika chicken I love everything in there. Getting the new one today, can't wait.

The gammon and parsley sauce is good and the chicken filo pie is amazing. I'm trying the Cajun spiced chicken tonight. Fwiw the lasagne recipe is just not worth the hassle for the taste IMO. The white sauce is rubbish.

I enjoyed the mince and potato pies, I really didn't enjoy the paprika chicken.
