I've never been on a diet before - always been one of those people who could eat anything and never put on weight. Unfortunately though, now I'm nearly 30 this is no longer the case.
I'm 5 foot 9 and currently weight 10 stone 10. I know this is a healthy weight for my height but I'd like to get down to 10 stone so I can fit back in my clothes. I've been using MFP but finding it really hard to stick within the calorie limit. I feel hungry all the time. My daily limit is 1340 to lose a pound a week. Any advice?
