Hi all, has anybody heard of Boosh products, or is using them on a 5;2 diet...I have just started a 5:2 and lost 3 il this week even tho I haven't been that strict. I have just come across a load of products called Boosh and wondered if anyone else has heard of or is trying them, they seem like an easy way of keeping track of the calories on a fast day, but you know how it is, if lt looks too good to be true it usually is...
