Parents — is anyone using the new HMD Fuse phone with HarmBlock+? Real experiences?

Hello — I am considering buying the new HMD Fuse phone for my 11-year-old daughter. The marketing blurb says that HarmBlock+ blocks nudity across apps/camera and that the phone starts as a “brick” until parents unlock features. Before I buy the phone, I’d love to hear from any parents who’ve already purchase one and to hear their experience (good or bad) todate?

I have purchased a phone from France which looks like a smart phone but only has text and phone capabilities. No camera, Internet access etc. The company is called Le Phone.
